Avatar Retexturing Services
I offer retexturing services for VRChat avatars, focusing on only furry themes and designs. Which design and model is used will be discussed beforehand.Ownership and Intellectual Property
I respects the intellectual property rights of others, and it is the responsibility of the commissioner to ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions for any materials, assets or possible reference sheets to be worked on/with. I retains no ownership or rights over the original avatar models, designs, or materials provided by the commissioner nor the finished product.Creative Process
I will work closely with the commissioners to bring their vision to life. While I strive to meet the everyone's expectations, the nature of retexturing may have limitations. You acknowledges that artistic interpretation and customization are involved, and slight variations from the initial concept may occur as to fit the specific model and give the retexture a naturally improved look.Personal Style
My work has come to be recognizable and as such, you agree on that any texturing work or texture will fall under a similar look as to stay alignet with my fur and texturing style.Payment and Refunds
Payments will exclusively go through Ko-Fi or Paypal. I do not accept payment plans, and the slot has to be payed for before any work may occur.Payments are non-refundable once the retexturing process has commenced. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of myself.Confidentiality and Data Protection
I respects the privacy of everyone involved in the commissioning process. Any personal information or materials shared with me will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of providing my services. I will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior consent or legal input.Limitations and Liability
I refrain the work with NSFW assets unless prove of the commissioner's age is given. I do however NOT work with gore implied textures and politic or religious ideas, I do however happily work on Hunter/Beast style avatars.
I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of NSFW activities from my commissioned works.
I do not guarantee the reliability of any content or materials provided as prior Unity knowledge is needed in order to make use of the textures alone.Modifications to the Terms of Service

Prices
Commissions are taken through Ko-Fi
The Price of a Texture Commission Slot is 60$
Any extra or tip is much appreciated for bills, food and dog toys/treats.Commission Openings will be announced in my Discord Server as well as my Ko-Fi itself, so don't forget to drop a follow and join my server for any opening slots!
